Note: with reference to centering, "VF" means balanced but not necessarily perfect centring. (Perfect = EF or Superb) When applied to sets or groups of stamps such as collections, grading terms refer to the over-all appearance and condition of the stamps; there may well be stamps that are both better & worse. Significant variations from a general standard will be noted in descriptions.

MAILING OF LOTS

Lots purchased by absentee bidders will be mailed as soon as possible after the auction closes, at the cheapest rate consistent with speed & security, unless customers have given other specific instructions.

At our discretion, lots valued over $100 may be registered or insured.

The minimum charge for letter mail will be $1.

Parcels will be charged at the quoted Canada Post rate for size, weight, distance and method of delivery, plus a small surcharge (normally $1-$5) to help cover materials and overhead mailing costs.

Please note that lots are mailed at the buyer's risk. Proof of mailing, either in PO forms or company records, shall be regarded as proof of delivery
